Refund and Cancellation Policy
How Aurcue subscriptions renew, how cancellation works, and when refunds may be available.

Subscription cancellation
You may cancel your Aurcue subscription at any time from your account billing page. The billing page opens the Stripe Customer Portal for subscription management.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund charges that have already been completed.
After cancellation, you may keep access to previously unlocked reports according to the account features available at that time.
Trials and renewal
When a trial offer is available, the trial price and trial length are shown before checkout.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the annual subscription price shown at checkout will be charged and the subscription will renew according to the selected plan.
Refund policy
Aurcue sells digital AI report access and subscription generation quota. Once a report has been generated or unlocked, completed charges are generally non-refundable.
We may review refund requests for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, service failures that prevent access to purchased features, or cases where applicable law requires a refund.
To request a review, email [email protected] with the account email, approximate charge date, and a short description of the issue. Do not send sensitive photos by email unless support specifically asks for them.
Failed or incomplete reports
If report generation fails because of a service problem, contact support so we can review the job and account state.
If a photo is too dark, blurry, obstructed, unsupported, or otherwise unsuitable, Aurcue may ask you to upload a better photo instead of issuing a refund.
