Payment Terms

Aurcue payment, trial, subscription renewal, cancellation, and digital report access terms.

Plans and prices

Aurcue Pro may be offered as a monthly subscription, annual subscription, limited annual introductory price, or trial offer.

Current first-round checkout prices are $19.90/month, $39.90/year, a limited annual introductory price of $37.91 for the first year, and an optional $1 trial for 3 days when shown.

The final price, plan, trial length, taxes if any, and renewal schedule are shown before you confirm payment in checkout.

Trial and renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date.

If you start a trial and do not cancel before the trial ends, Aurcue charges the subscription price shown at checkout and the subscription renews according to the selected plan.

Managing payment

Payments are processed by Aurcue's active payment provider. Aurcue does not store full payment card numbers.

You can manage or cancel future renewals from your Aurcue account billing page or the customer billing portal after checkout.

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your Aurcue subscription at any time from your account billing page. The billing page opens the active customer billing portal for subscription management.

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund charges that have already been completed.

After cancellation, you may keep access to previously unlocked reports according to the account features available at that time.

Digital report access

Aurcue sells digital AI report access and subscription generation quota. Reports are generated from the photos you choose to upload.

Completed digital report charges are generally non-refundable once a report has been generated or unlocked, except where we confirm duplicate charges, billing errors, service failures that prevent access to purchased features, or where applicable law requires a refund.

For billing support, email [email protected] with the account email, approximate charge date, and a short description of the issue. Do not send sensitive photos by email unless support specifically asks for them.

Refund review

We may review refund requests for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, service failures that prevent access to purchased features, or cases where applicable law requires a refund.

Failed or incomplete reports

If report generation fails because of a service problem, contact support so we can review the job and account state.

If a photo is too dark, blurry, obstructed, unsupported, or otherwise unsuitable, Aurcue may ask you to upload a better photo instead of issuing a refund.
