Who operates Aurcue
StarSeekAI Inc operates Aurcue. You can contact us at [email protected].
Aurcue is a private AI style guidance service. It is not a medical, surgical, diagnostic, identity verification, or attractiveness rating service.
Information we collect
We collect account information such as email, login method, subscription status, and billing identifiers needed to provide the service.
When you create a report, we collect the photo you choose to upload, basic file metadata, the selected report type, generated report outputs, and usage events needed to operate and improve the product.
If you enable local weather suggestions, the app uses your foreground device location to determine a nearby place and weather context. Aurcue does not request background location, and you can use the service without granting location access.
We collect analytics information such as page path, locale, report type, anonymous session ID, UTM campaign parameters, and conversion events. We do not intentionally send raw photo URLs, access tokens, payment-provider secrets, model keys, or private storage keys to analytics.
How we use uploaded photos
Uploaded photos are used to generate the report you requested, check file quality, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failed jobs, and maintain your private report history when you save an account.
We do not sell uploaded photos. We do not use Aurcue to identify you, diagnose medical conditions, infer sensitive identity traits, or rate your attractiveness.
If you enable a share link, the shared report is visible to people with that link until you disable sharing. Sharing is off by default.
Payments and processors
In-app subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Website payments are processed by Aurcue's active web payment provider. Aurcue and its subscription infrastructure provider store subscription, purchase, and checkout references, but Aurcue does not store full payment card numbers.
Apple, Google, and the active web payment provider may process your payment information under their own privacy and security terms.
Cookies, ads, and analytics
Aurcue uses cookies, local storage, and Google tags to keep sessions working, measure product usage, understand ad performance, and improve paid search campaigns.
On aurcue.com, advertising and analytics are enabled by default without a consent popup or privacy-settings control. A saved rejection is respected. The default setting is not a record of an explicit consent action. For privacy requests, contact [email protected].
Microsoft Clarity on our websites
aurcue.com and app.aurcue.com use Microsoft Clarity cookies, session replay and heatmaps to understand clicks, scrolling and usability problems. Replay is enabled by default on both websites without consent popups or privacy-settings controls; saved rejections are respected. This integration does not record the native iOS or Android app. A saved rejection does not prevent you from using Aurcue.
Uploaded photos and generated images are not masked and may appear in replays. Account and billing text and input fields remain masked. We may associate a recording with a platform user or guest account ID, hashed by Clarity, to investigate product issues. We do not send email addresses or authentication credentials as custom identifiers. Stored choices are separate for each site. For privacy requests, contact [email protected].
Microsoft processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement: Microsoft Privacy Statement
Retention and deletion
We keep account, billing, and report data for as long as needed to provide Aurcue, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, and maintain reasonable business records.
To request deletion or access to your data, email [email protected] from the email connected to your Aurcue account. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on the request.
Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, private-by-default report settings, and third-party infrastructure providers to protect the service.
No online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure. If you believe your account or report data is at risk, contact us immediately.
