Email [email protected] for billing questions, cancellation help, refund review requests, privacy requests, account access issues, product feedback, and report problems.

We aim to reply within 2 business days. Complex billing, abuse, or privacy requests may take longer because we may need to verify account ownership.

What to include

For billing or subscription issues, include the email used with Aurcue, approximate charge date, plan, and a short description of what happened.

For report issues, include the report ID if you have it and describe the problem. Do not email sensitive photos or identity documents unless support specifically asks for them.

Business and privacy requests

For data access, deletion, or privacy questions, contact [email protected] from the email connected to your Aurcue account so we can verify ownership.

For partnerships, press, or business questions, use the same support email and include a clear subject line.
