Who operates Aurcue
StarSeekAI Inc operates Aurcue. You can contact us at [email protected].
Aurcue is a private AI style guidance service. It is not a medical, surgical, diagnostic, identity verification, or attractiveness rating service.
Information we collect
We collect account information such as email, login method, subscription status, and billing identifiers needed to provide the service.
When you create a report, we collect the photo you choose to upload, basic file metadata, the selected report type, generated report outputs, and usage events needed to operate and improve the product.
We collect analytics information such as page path, locale, report type, anonymous session ID, UTM campaign parameters, and conversion events. We do not intentionally send raw photo URLs, access tokens, Stripe secrets, model keys, or private storage keys to analytics.
How we use uploaded photos
Uploaded photos are used to generate the report you requested, check file quality, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failed jobs, and maintain your private report history when you save an account.
We do not sell uploaded photos. We do not use Aurcue to identify you, diagnose medical conditions, infer sensitive identity traits, or rate your attractiveness.
If you enable a share link, the shared report is visible to people with that link until you disable sharing. Sharing is off by default.
Payments and processors
Payments are processed by Stripe. Aurcue stores subscription and checkout references, but it does not store full payment card numbers.
Stripe may process your payment information under its own privacy and security terms.
Cookies, ads, and analytics
Aurcue uses cookies, local storage, and Google tags to keep sessions working, measure product usage, understand ad performance, and improve paid search campaigns.
For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Aurcue asks for consent before enabling Google advertising and analytics storage. You can accept or reject non-essential Google tag storage from the site banner.
Retention and deletion
We keep account, billing, and report data for as long as needed to provide Aurcue, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, and maintain reasonable business records.
To request deletion or access to your data, email [email protected] from the email connected to your Aurcue account. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on the request.
Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, private-by-default report settings, and third-party infrastructure providers to protect the service.
No online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure. If you believe your account or report data is at risk, contact us immediately.
